Account & Data Deletion

In accordance with Google Play and Apple App Store user data policies, YieldPulse allows you to request permanent deletion of your account and associated cloud data at any time.

Permanent Action

Deleting your account permanently purges your synchronized portfolio holdings, watchlists, dividend records, and linked Apple/Google account associations from our cloud servers. This action is irreversible.

Method 1: Direct In-App Deletion (Instant)

Open the YieldPulse app on your device.
Navigate to the Profile (我的) tab.
Scroll down and tap “Delete Account / 注销·删除账号”.
Confirm the prompt. All local cache and remote server cloud backups will be wiped immediately.

Method 2: Email Deletion Request

If you have uninstalled the app or cannot access your device, you can submit an account deletion request via email:

Send an email to: warrenlee2513@gmail.com
Subject: YieldPulse Account Deletion Request
Include your registered email address or Apple/Google Sign-In identifier.

Our operations team will verify your request and purge all related account records within 7 business days.
