By downloading, installing, or using YieldPulse, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and Apple’s Standard EULA (Apple EULA Link).

1. Not Financial or Investment Advice

YieldPulse is an analytical calculation and portfolio organization tool designed for personal informational and educational purposes only. Neither YieldPulse nor any AI-generated valuation insights constitute licensed financial advice, investment advisory services, legal recommendations, or tax planning. Market securities are subject to risk, including possible loss of principal. Always consult certified financial advisors before executing investment decisions.

2. Subscriptions & Billing Terms

Auto-Renewable Subscriptions: Payment will be charged to your Apple App Store account or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle.
Managing Subscriptions: You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your Apple ID Account Settings or Google Play Subscriptions.
Free Trial: Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

3. Data & Intellectual Property

All calculations, UI designs, code, and algorithms are proprietary to YieldPulse. You may not decompile, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract source code from the software.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The application is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operations or the accuracy of third-party public market financial feeds.
